What to Expect:
Camilla Thurlow in conversation with Sunday Times best selling author Paige Toon

To celebrate the launch of her memoir, we are thrilled to announce an event with Camilla Thurlow.  The first 250 people to register for tickets will receive a signed copy, price includes P&P.  In Conversation With Sunday Times bestselling author Paige Toon, author of the Minute I Saw You ...the perfect summer read for 2020.

Join us for an evening of inspiring conversation. Paige will interview Camilla about her new book, Not The Type, and they’ll talk about what motivates and inspires them.

Not The Type is a book about courage - not just the courage to go out and deal with a lethal threat in some of the world's most dangerous places, but the courage to confront one's own fears and anxieties, and to be oneself in what too often seems an inhospitable world.

This is at once a memoir of an extraordinary life, by a very remarkable young woman. Camilla Thurlow is a highly independent spirit whose thoughts and experience will resonate with anyone seeking meaning in a world where women are too often discounted, or who frequently feel alienated amid the frenzy of contemporary life.

The Minute I Saw You is Paige Toon’s 17th novel, a touching and uplifting love story set in her hometown of Cambridge. Described as “a pure delight to read” by Giovanna Fletcher and “the sort of book that has you beaming to yourself as you read” by Beth O’Leary, it’s a perfect summer read for fans of romantic fiction with a big emotional heart.

This is an online event on Zoom for which booking is required.
